Scouting America

Scouting America is an integral part of Baylake UMC. Chartered as Baylake Youth Programs, we offer scouting to a wide range of kids that encompasses Pack 67 (k-5th grade boys and girls) and Troops 67/5067 (5th grade to 18-years-old boys & girls). The scouts help to support our mission and vision through the serving that they do within our Signature series of ministries. They are active with engaging the community on the Christmas Tree lot, serve meals to and care for the homeless during Winter Shelter, play and serve in our Upward Soccer League, and grow their faith through intergenerational gatherings and celebrations.

Scouting helps to create leaders and outstanding citizens by allowing boys and girls to explore their interests, serve their community, and discover their talents through youth led activities like hiking, camping, and volunteering.
